Common questions
Yes. Building your card, tracking your matches and climbing the ranks is free.
Your stats only count once your team agrees. Anyone who played can flag a number that looks off, and until it's sorted, nobody gets the points — so two friends can't boost each other.
No. Baller.ID works for turf 5s, 6s, 7s, 8s and bigger.
On the setup screen, tap "Not you? Log out" to sign out and start again with the right email.
Play your first match to unlock it, then tap edit photo on your card. Use a clear, solo, head-and-shoulders shot — the background is removed automatically.
